I Met Benjamin Landry in 2011 and from that time until 2015 I utilized him as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the pre-season for the MLB and Mexican Professional League. Prepared Me to Compete at the Pro Level

I started training with Coach Ben in 2012 to prep for my first National level NPC Figure contest. I went on to do very well at the National level and won my Pro card in 2014. Ben designed my strength and conditioning program to meet my specific goals and prepare me to compete at the Pro level. He made adjustments when necessary and taught me how to train “smart” to avoid injuries while continuing to gain strength and build muscle. I highly recommend athletes of all levels come and check out SDSW. I’ve been lifting for years and worked with a number of different trainers. Coach Ben is the best, hands down! He instinctively knows how to cue his clients to get those heavy lifts and crush PRs. He has a team of awesome trainers who care about their clients and make everyone feel welcome here at SDSW. Helped Me Develop the Extra Leg Power

I trained with Benjamin Landry at SDSW before my 2012, 2013, and 2014 Professional Basketball Seasons in Puerto Rico. His training system really helped me develop the extra leg power I needed and enabled me to play more physically inside the paint because of the muscle I added to my whole frame. I also have to stay agile and flexible and we were able to further develop those qualities.

I started training with Benjamin Landry when I was 15 years old. I was playing football and basketball at the time. Ben’s training helped me get in control of my body, sprint faster, jump higher, change directions quicker, and avoid injury. I also found a great friend and mentor in Ben. He helped me stay positive during a time when I wasn’t sure where I was going to attend college and play Division 1 Football. Now I am a Montana State Grizzly! Hard work pays off!
